Originally from Florence, Italy, Cinematographer Daniel Contaldo’s work has been featured at the Telluride Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, Miami Film Festival, The Eye Museum of Film, Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, among others. In 2022 he was selected for the ASC Vision Mentorship Program. He’s shot commercials for major brands including McDonald’s, Ray-Ban, Carolina Herrera, Gushers, and Ugg Boots. Upcoming projects include a Showtime docu-series in post-production, and a hybrid narrative/documentary feature film directed by acclaimed filmmaker Amiel Courtin-Wilson.
